Wellbutrin????

So, I went to my doc today. She didn't prescribe me phen, but suggested Meridia. I passed and she referred me to another Dr. to get Phen next week. But she did put me on Wellbutrin for my migraines and also said it would help with suppressing my appetite. Has anyone taken Wellbutrin? Do you have any side effects or insight into this drug? I'm a bit leary of taking it. She only put me on 105 mg. for now but is going to increase my dose in 4 weeks if it works well for my migraines. Hmm, just wanted to see if anyone has had any success with Wellbutrin for weight managment?

yes I have! It does helped me with suppressing my appetite. I was on prozac and I didnt like it so my dr suggested me to wellbutrin because I was so tired of gaining weight from prozac. So its been few days since last friday. I lost 5 lbs and I'm sure it come from water retention from prozac. Wish you luck!
