Talking What exactly does Duromine do to you? How to take it properly?

Sorry, I'm new to this and I'm not quite sure where to post this question.
I actually got two questions to be honest. I saw a doctor and he gave me 35 tablets of Duromine 30mg without any prescription. He said to m he will give it to me for free and only 1 month worth for now. Is that even legal?

and main question is. What exactly does Duromine do to you? I've researched a lot and the only information I found is. It supposed to decrease your appetite so you don't feel hungry. I've taken it for 4 days and I felt drowsy and tired even though it meant to make you feel energetic. I do feel the dryness inside the mouth though. I've also been hungry and 1hour ago I had to buy two meals because I starving. In the past I've ate excessively but these few days I've been eating just as much as normal people would. I've read from a lot of people that they have lost between 5-8kgs within a week and I don't see how this is possible if it's only based on decreasing your appetite because even though my appetite have decreased, I am still eating a lot. I tried to exercise but due to past injury and breaking my bones I have to deal with a lot of pain.

So does Duromine does anything else other than decreasing appetite? Like increases metabolism? Also when is the most appropriate time to take Duromine pill? I wake up at different time so for the first 4 days I had it at 3pm, 12pm, 11am and 8am. I've decided to eat it at 8am and go back to sleep everyday. Someone said I should it during my meal as it works best like that. True or not?

Sorry for the big post. I want to know what I'm eating and make sure I'm taking it properly.
    Thank you for your patience!

Duromine is a brand of Phentermine. The only difference is it contains a resin that gradually releases it throughout the day, so hypotherically, the effects of the phentermine in it should last throughout the whole day. I took 30 mg of Duromine every day for 2 months and lost about 20-25 pounds. I took it in the morning as soon as I woke up because the very first day I took Duromine I didn't sleep a wink that night! So I started taking it as early as possible to ensure that the drug as out of my system as it could be so I could fall asleep at night.

I experienced some side effects the first 8 days that almost made me stop using it completely, but I read online that other people had the same side effects the first week but they went away. I was extremely irritable all the time, and I knew that I was being irritable and I didn't know why and I didn't care I was just angry all the time. At first I was still hungry, but I forced myself not to eat anyway, which I know is unhealthy. Because of this I got very dizzy throughout the day. Towards the end of the day I would get very tired as the drug wore off and EXTREMELY hungry. However I waited it out, and the first week I could actually feel the drug take affect and spread throughout my body as I was no longer hungry nor tired, I even felt tingling in my toes! I may have just been imagining that because I didn't notice it as I continued to use Duromine. I was dizzy, irritable, constipated, not getting sleep, and suicidal at night as I lay in bed NOT SLEEPING! LUCKILY this went away. What kept me going is waking up to that scale every morning and seeing the pounds melt away. The last couple weeks I was taking it I thought it wasn't even working anymore, but I was wrong because as soon as I stopped taking it I was eating all the time and I've since gained back 4 pounds of the 35 total I've lost (10-15 were before Duromine). Also, I didn't really exercise while on Duromine, I just implemented more movement into my daily routine. I realized that before I would wake up, get ready, then sit on my drive to work, sit all day at work, sit on my drive back home, then plop down in front of the tv, transfer my butt in front of the computer, take a shower, then sleep, so I made some minor changes like limiting tv/computer and just doing more active things, even just going to the mall!

I don't believe Duromine increases your metabolism, as I don't think Phentermine does that.

I hope I've given you enough information, let me know if you want to know anything else!
