Phentermine and Metamucil

Can I take Metamucil while taking Phen? anyone had any problems with this? Thanks for the info phrends!!

It shouldn't be a problem.

Just make sure you take the metamucil at MINIMUM two hours BEFOR or MINIMUM two hours AFTER taking your phen. Metamucil is a fiber laxative and it causes medications to be less affective if you take it too close the the metamucil. Good luck
