    Default B-12 Shots

Anyone tried them? If so, did they do anything? Increase energy? Speed up metabolism? Did you take it alone or with phen?

Lots of people take B-12 shots with phen. Most feel really good after having them (more energetic). As for me, I have taken them and I feel no different. I think I may have a B-12 defeciency though.
A lot of weight loss clinics offer the shot. It does help some with the weight loss, but not all. It wouldn't hurt for you to try it and see how you feel. Everyone is different.
    Good luck!!!

The weight loss clinic I go to gives me a B-12 shot once a month. I don't notice any difference in energy or anything else. They said it is supposed to aid in weight loss and give you energy...so I don't know. I do hear that lots of people get them so I would think they have got to be doing something.

When I was taking phentermine I was getting the b12 shot with it and it made me feel great. I felt like I had so much energy without feeling wired.

"So much energy without feeling wired".....exactly.

I was so jazzed up after I got my very first ever B12 shot yesterday that I scrubbed the kitchen from top to bottom last night because I was looking for something to do....

About the only side effect of B12, is that in can increase your appetite. It does create more energy, as it increases your red corpuscles, which carry more oxygen to your blood and also your brain and muscles. By the way Nasal B12 Cures the Flu. www.popsci.com/node/22953 or just put in your browser "B12 Cures the Flu"

    Lightbulb Wired!

Just had my 1st shot today and am WIRED! Starting the pills on Monday. Will give you an update in a few days re: how energetic I'm feeling. I'm sure it's different for everyone. Good luck.
