I'm new. I've tried Phen, but it wears off quickly & I can't stop rubbing my tongue on the back of my bottom teeth & biting the inside of my lips until they are raw. My doc said it's a side effect of the Phen & I could live with that if results were better. The first few days are great then, spacey, shaky & hungry by night time.

I just got Acomplia knowing it works in a different way than Phen since it's not a stimulant. I started today, but haven't felt a thing. I'm not sure if it's something I need to take for a while to get the full effect or if it just doesn't work for me?

In reading your Meridia posts I'm almost sorry that I didn't try Meridia. I had heard so many negative things about it that I didn't even consider it when I started looking for an alternative to Phen now I'm sorry I didn't. If this doesn't work, I'll try Meridia.

Can Meridia be bought on line at some of the foreign pharmacies?
