Hello everyone. I have been reading more and more about taking Kelp or Bladderwrack to help promote weightloss and I was wondering if anyone has tried these?

    Here is what they do:

BLADDERWRACK... Bladderwrack is a brown seaweed or algae. As a dietary supplement, bladderwrack is often used to stimulate metabolic rate and promote fat and weight loss. Bladderwrack increases levels of thyroid hormones, promotes weight loss, increases energy levels, and may be very helpful in reducing excess weight.

KELP... Kelp is a sea vegetable and assists in making thyroid hormones, which are necessary for maintaining normal metabolism in all cells of the body.
    Starting Weight 10/22- 242lbs
    10/29- 233lbs -9bs.

    Lightbulb Interesting

I have never heard of that but if anyone has any information on it, I also would be interested in knowing about it. Especially if there are any success stories!!!
