Just trying to do some last min research before I finally buy either one. I've basically narrowed it down to either xenical, or Phen, and I'm just wondering whats the diffrence. Is either better, or worse, works better or worse, costs more, and if so whats the diffrence in cost, etc. It would really be helpful..thanks

I have been on Xenical in the past and would never take it again, I spent more of my time in the bathroom and it just makes you feel lousy I know that everyone reacts differently to medication but I didnt have a good result with this one!

Xenical is VERY expensive. With my insurance and husbands employee discount it still cost close to $200.00. The Phentermine was only around $8.00. Phentermine controls your appetite and Xenical blocks the fat that you eat from being absorbed. If you eat alot of fat you WILL have accidents that involve orange grease. My sister used both Phen and Xenical together and lost a ton of weight. Because she was not overeating with the Phen, she did not have greasy accidents. I used the Xenical alone, had accidents, and only lost 2 pounds. Hope that helps you decide. Good luck.
