I just picked up CLA and have a few questions.

How much do I take. The bottle is 2000mg and says 2 capsules before meals. How are you taking and how often?

yes squeek 3 times a day it doesn`t really matter how u take it though so long as u take the required amount for d day

CW 220 (8-3)This just isn't happening fast enough. CW 217 (9-30) Yeah for me... 1st Mini Goal 200 GW 150
