Lipodrene

I finally have mine in my hands. I am going to start tomorrow with a 1/4 to a 1/2 a pill to see how my body reacts and to build myself up. The hot thing Hmmmmmmmm, not really looking forward to that.. I'll keep you updated with my progress. Have a wonderful evening.

I don't think anyone will ever give up their Phentermine...besides, it may be illegal to trade a prescription drug.

Yeah I agree, Plus 1 month of phen costs as much as 3 months of lipo. I love my phen--my lipo is for a my little breaks from phen, but I would never give it up.
Sorry Dawn, I think if you just give the lipo some time and use it to your advantage--exercise while having the energy and really watch the diet it could really do good things. :gulp:

I agree - Phen works best for me but Lipodrene is great for breaks from Phen. Lipodrene is much cheaper too.

Hello I am going to stick it out this week and see what happens. I ate a bagel and juice and took it half hour later about 8 and feel fine so far. I will keep you posted.

I have been taking mine for about a week and dont think I have lost any weight, have maintained which is a miricle sine I think I have eaten fast food everyday this past week. But I feel really really burby with the lipo does that happen to anyone else?

In the first two weeks, I lost around 7-8 pounds. This past week TOM was here, so I pretty much maintained. Friday I will weigh and determine what I have lost this week.

i've been on a week today and have lost 3 pounds and another 1/2 inch in the waist, today i've had to make myself eat... i'm doing cardio video,walking, pilates... i love pilates!!!! anyways, good luck..

Hi ladies,

My blood pressure went up a little with the lipo even though I took a 1/4 a tablet. Gonna give it some time and really monitor the BP.

Darn, I forgot to take my Lipodrene today. I just got too busy and forgot to take it today while buzzin around the office. It's 8:50p, and I still feel the energy from the 1 1/2 pills I took yesterday. I couldn't sleep at all last night. I was wide awake at 4:15a and wasn't sleepy at all at work today.

Hopefully, I will remember to take my 1/2 pill after I eat something for breakfast. :)

Hi guys!

I went to bed at 11 and was up at 2:30am!!!!!!!!!! WTH??? I tossed and turned until 4, but now I am up... My gym opens at 5, so I will go workout in a few minutes.

Is this typical of the Lipo?? Will I get over it and be able to sleep soon?? Does anyone take like a Tylanol PM to help you sleep?

I a right there with you I got up yesterday at 5 went to bed last night at 2am and back up at 6 and I am wide awake.
Laura how many are you taking and when? I have no idea what to do about the sleep I just assume it when change back to normal like the when I was on phen.

I just took one an hour after breakfast and one an hour after lunch. I took my lunch one at 1:30ish. Not fun!

For some reason, I didn't have any trouble sleeping when taking the Lipodrene. I thought it might be the 5HTP in it. One day I had some caffeinated iced tea after lunch, and I was really jumpy. When taking Lipodrene, I would make sure you don't have ANY other caffeine since there's caffeine in the pill. I stick to water and caffeine free diet sodas and maybe a Crystal Light.

To answer the question about the Tylenol PM, I usually take Simply Sleep. The bottle recommends taking two, but one works just fine for me. I find that I get a more solid sleep throughout the night and I feel more rested in the morning. I don't really need anything to help me fall asleep, it just helps with the quality of sleep I have.

I am weighing in tomorrow to see how much i've lost! I definitely feel great! I think I would be happy at 185-189 whenever I get there. But I am going to shoot for 170-175. Its funny how content I am when my clothes fit and I don't have to worry about exposing my fat rolls! WHOO HOO!

OMGoodness! No wonder I've been buzzin around. I just checked my iced tea mix and my green mix, and they must have caffeine in them. There's nothing listed on the label that states they are caffeine-free. So they probably do have caffeine in them.

I didn't take any Lipodrene today. I think I had more than enough energy today. I hope I can get to sleep tonight and NOT wake up during the night (4a wide awake!). I have to be up at 6a and out of the house by 7a.

All I know is, I better loose about 10 pounds with Lipodrene!

Hey! Just started Lipdrene today--was chicken to start it during the wk while working. SO far I have plenty of energy which is good...plan to be on it for a wk & go back on Phen...hope I move the scale now...

Hello ladies just a quick hello to say I cheated yesterday and took my phen but back on lipo today. I won't be around much this weekend as is tomorrow is my birthday and he has plans for us :thinking: That he planned himself so it ought to be interesting.
