yesterday was my first day taking lipodrene. 2lbs down overnight. AND i ate two servings of lasagne for dinner last night. chocolate cookies for lunch and mcdonalds for breakfast. i felt great all day and not really hungry. i love this stuff!

I think Lipodrene is a great alternative for Phen when you need to try something else or take a break. For me, Phen still rules though.

I agree phen is awesome! but it is starting to wear off sooner for me I need an energy booster and little breaks from the phen.

Becky do the lipos last all day? and should I take half after b/f and after lunch or before meals?? 1/2 each time?? I appreciate the response I just wanna make sure I do it right-- you know. ;)

gabbiandmaria you take 6 lipodrene a day! on the bottle it says to only take 2 a day

hope i think she was responding to your ? about what mgs phentrezamine(sp?) she takes,cause when i read your post I went to see what you were talking about.I didnt weigh in today I have been going through alot of stuff w/my mom and brother and have been really stressed,and I didnt take the lipo for 3 days so I am going to wait till my reg weigh in day on Friday.I took one today and will take 1 tomorrow and Friday.After being on for 2 days though I peeked and I was down 2 pounds so we will see...Talk to yall later!!!LADIES LADIES LADIES LETS GET SOME UPDATES IN HERE!!!!

Ok....so there is on eside effect for me...It is 5am and I am up. BUT I am hardly hungry at times. So I guess I will be a tired skinny girl soon :p I'll take that!! By the way, haven't weighed again yet, but my rings are spinning on my fingers....that is a good sign.

When I started, I took 1/4 pill an hour after breakfast and another 1/4 after lunch. I then moved up to 1/2 pill then 1 pill an hour after breakfast and then lunch. I have high blood pressure and had to see how it would affect me before I took the whole thing. I don't think you should take more than two a day - like the bottle says. When taking the Lipodrene, I don't have any trouble sleeping - in fact it seems like I sleep better. It does help control your hunger. However, I don't think it's better than Phen. For me, Phen controls my hunger better, gives me more energy, and doesn't seem to make me jumpy which the Lipodrene sometimes does. I think it's a good alternative if you need a break from Phen.

I also just ordered. The site I ordered from sends the freshest product out there. WITH THE EXPIRATION RIGHT ON FRONT OF THE BOTTLE, can even see it on the website. They also had to put there name on the bottle, because these other sites were stealing their pics and using them on their sites.

I recall reading one post about someone looking for their expiration on the bottle......do you all have one on your bottles? My purchase expires in July of 2008.

I instant messaged shopwars about the expiration date. Here's the response I received moments ago:

This batch of Lipodrene was made during the ban a few months back, and they didn't print expiration dates on the bottle.
They will last for many years though when kept dry and sealed.
The next shipment we get will have dates on them of 2008 or 2009...

Just in case anyone else was wondering why there wasn't an expiration date stamped on the Lipodrene bottle.

hi, i've been on since tuesday and down 3 pounds!! I love it, i think i want to eat then i go to take a bite and i don't want it at all, like i will puke if i take a bite. and so much energy, and happy moods!!! WOW!! I love it, and i do beleive it actually makes the water run right thru me!!! good luck everyone!

There seems to be several of you taking this product, but I only see a few of you that have posted how much you have lost.

Could you all post some more loss stats, so I will know if I want to jump on this bandwagon also, cause im scared to waste my money, when I know Phen does the trick for me.
