I guess I've got a stomach of steel. Doesn't really bother me much. I do try and eat a little something in the morning. That way I don't get real jittery or get a headache. It's not much though cause I'm not really a breakfast person. If I feel a slight headache coming on it's usually from not eating. So I try and keep veggies or some fruit cut up so that I can munch on that,and it usually takes care of the headache for me.

I want to lose about 40 pounds so I've got a ways to go. I'm glad that I found this site. It really has given me a modivational boost that I needed to start this, and hopefully keep myself on track this time. I am truly amazed at some of the weight loss stories that I have read here. And the before and after pictures are great. Gives me the hope that I too will achieve my goal.

just to give you an update ive lost a total of 20 pounds on lipodrene in the last few months. I dont remember when i started but im doing pretty well. Im 5 2 and weighed at 189.I just weighed myself today and im at 169 maybe less after today hehe. the key to losing 20 pounds for myself is exersize at least 4 days a week for 1 hour. I take liprodrene at around 9am then after lunch about 2pm. I work out from 6pm to 7pm (treadmill and light weights) I eat a small breakfast (cereal) for lunch monday - friday i eat salad or a sandwhich with water only (no juice)
for dinner i pig out...i dont count calories or think about if the food is good for me or not.
friday and saturday are the only too days i can eat out but eat small portion.
I just wanted to say i know how it feels to want to lose weight and get that body everyone wants. My goal is to wear a tanktop and not have to cover up my arms. Im sure everyone understands my message =). For my height i know im over weight and finally im shedding the pounds.
Maybe my message will help some of you out there reading. Dont starve yourself or deprive yourself from eating good. The key to really losing weight especially for me is exersize and making sure you choose water over soda and juice.
Even when i eat out i get so tempted to have a cold soda and a burger ..gosh i dont even remember the last time i had a burger haha.
Good to all and yes im a proven believer in lipodrene. It works!My metabolism is fast now and im shedding the pounds=)

Does anyone have any updates on lipodrene? I'm gonna start taking lipodrene tomorrow. I was wondering how you guys usually take lipodrene. I know on the bottle it says to take lipodrene an hour after breakfast and lunch. Has anyone taken lipodrene first thing in the morning?? I workout first thing in the morning and would like to take lipodrene right before I work out.. but I don't know if I'll feel sick taking them on an empty stomach. I'll probably just stick to what the bottle says. Also, has anyone had anyluck with Stimerex?? Stimerex is made by the same company as Lipodrene... I think Stimerex is known as the fat burner. Hello! I am new, and I just started taking lipodrene almost 4 days ago, and I have already lost 5 pounds. I still eat when I regularly would (except at mdinight on my bed like I used to do), it is no problem for me to fall asleep at all. I don't get jittery, or sweaty. I dont have a appetite. I have no side effects . i feel so much better. and have tons of energy. I cleaned the entire house. My hubby and kids were laughing at me.i was like a crazy woman on a mission.My mood is much better too i am all happy and cheery instead of being all low and dead like.

I take 1 pill in the morning after i eat my south beach protein bar with my flex seed pill and repeat again in the evening after having my salad and yogert. i dont feel like eating i just force myself. i also make sure to drink a lot of water.

I will keeping posting regularly. oh yeah i bought them from shopwars they were very fast.

please update us everyone. i lost 2 lbs by the second day but halloween alcohol threw me off :( . I gained the 2 lbs back +1, alcohol is a dieters enemy i am convinced..

ok, i stopped taking pills one day and took lipodrene again and its working great again. word of advice, don't take ANY pills for a day or two after drinking alcohol!

I hated lipodrene. Made me feel horrible and crazy. I lost weight, like maybe 5 lbs, but I didn't feel healthy - and so I didn't take it more than a week. It was so gross.

Lipodrene weight loss - I had great success in the past with Metabolife. I went from 135 to 110 (a 8 to a 2) with no problem or side effects. I am NOT a novice when it comes to nutrition and supplements. I ran four marathons over the bast few years and it destroyed my body and messed up my metabolism. On advice from a friend who runs a supplement store, I purchsed Lipodrene - (the real ones, yellow octogon). I am on week 3. The 1st week I cut them in 1/2 and took one in the morning and one early lunch. I made it up to 3/4 the end of last week. I take the Yellow ocotgon pills myself since i can not find phentermine online at a normal price. It does make me feel jittery a little and I was just curious There are two or three different types of Lipodrene I have seen the yellow and purple and not sure about the third it is a capsule. The women at the natural food store told me the purples don't contain ephedra anybody know anything about this?
Also anyone remember Forumula 1 They really did work and then there was this big stink in 1994 or 5 about some of the ingredients, Anyone know if it still exsist?

hey guys i'm on this site because my friend has recently started taking the lipodrene pills. Honestly, I don't know how I feel about them. I'm actually sort of concerned about her. She showed me the bottle in school (she has the yellow ones) and on the back it says if you're younger than 18 you shouldn't take them. Now, I sort of asked my mom nonchalantly if she thought that would be a problem and she said no probably not since my friend is overweight and doesn't have the body of a 16 year-old. I don't know you probably don't care but if any of you guys know if it could be dangerous to her can you please let me know? i want her to be happy and lose weight but not if there are hazardous risks. I'd appreciate your feedback=) thanks.

Sida Cordifolia is ephedra from India, Mu Huang is ephedra from China. Both of there sources of ephedra have banned extracts in them which make them illegal, the American ephedra extracts is legal.

Hello, I have just started taking Lipodrene without Ephedra. Today is my second day and I am experiencing horrible side effects. My head is very heavy, I am always nauseous and feel a bit feverish. I can definitely feel the drugs in my body. I also feel lethargic but obviously can't go to sleep. I have been quite encouraged by the success stories about Lipodrene posted on this site hence I tried it. I was just wondering if these symptoms are normal in the first few days. Has anyone had similar side effects? I am not sure if I should continue taking them or not. It has had no effect on my apetite, I still eat my regular portions which is quite controlled. Unfortunately I cannot continue my exercise regiment as I feel tired and sick. I am hoping to lose 10 pounds which just won't budge. Please let me know if anyone has had similar experiences, I am curious to know if it will pass or if I should just stop taking it. Thanks.

I have been taking Phen...I did really good when I first got them...with exercise I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks, but the last few weeks I haven't lost anymore....
I noticed so many of you talking about Lipodrene...I know ephedra works because before baby (and before the ban) I lost 60 lbs in like 3.5 months...I got to a comfy weight....then came pregnancy and all the joys of weight gain.
Where are you getting the Lipodrene with Ephedra? Everywhere I see they all say Ephedra free....
what is the website?
I have taken everything out there that used to have ephedra and is now ephedra free....it just doesn't work the same.....

I just started taking lipodrene on Monday my starting weight is 172, and now I'm down to 166..

I haven't started running yet, all I've been doing is dieting and doing push ups/crunches..

I wake up in the morning, have a yogurt (approx 8:30am), and hour later I take my first pill, at around 1:30 I have a protein bar, 2:30 I take my second pill... 6:30 comes along and I either eat a can of tuna, or have a piece of chicken , with vegetables...

Was wondering how much running will increase the effectiveness of lipodrene... It's 110 degrees outside everyday so that's why I haven't been able to run. I don't want to run when it's so hot out due to obvious reasons...

heh.. im happy you guys like lipodrene.. that stuff made me sick! i probably have 30pills gone from the bottle.. but i had to force myself to take them. i would just gag at the smell of them.. and quite honestly i dont remember if i lost any weight from them. i guess i was more concerned about literally getting nauseated from them.
