I guess I've got a stomach of steel. Doesn't really bother me much. I do try and eat a little something in the morning. That way I don't get real jittery or get a headache. It's not much though cause I'm not really a breakfast person. If I feel a slight headache coming on it's usually from not eating. So I try and keep veggies or some fruit cut up so that I can munch on that,and it usually takes care of the headache for me.
I want to lose about 40 pounds so I've got a ways to go. I'm glad that I found this site. It really has given me a modivational boost that I needed to start this, and hopefully keep myself on track this time. I am truly amazed at some of the weight loss stories that I have read here. And the before and after pictures are great. Gives me the hope that I too will achieve my goal.
