Hey,
I just started taking lipodrene on Monday my starting weight is 172, and now I'm down to 166..
I haven't started running yet, all I've been doing is dieting and doing push ups/crunches..
I wake up in the morning, have a yogurt (approx 8:30am), and hour later I take my first pill, at around 1:30 I have a protein bar, 2:30 I take my second pill... 6:30 comes along and I either eat a can of tuna, or have a piece of chicken , with vegetables...
Was wondering how much running will increase the effectiveness of lipodrene... It's 110 degrees outside everyday so that's why I haven't been able to run. I don't want to run when it's so hot out due to obvious reasons...
