Lost Weight: 0 just started-- first week

Has anybody taken the generic of Tenuate or taken Tenuate?..Is it better then Phnetermine? Which one would you recommend?! I was on phentermine but I started getting no energy towards the end and so my doc switched me to the generic of Tenuate..which puts me to sleep for half the day. PLEASE HELP ME!
