Has anbyone started on 37.5 mg and then went down to 30mg? What was your experience. ANy advice from others. I know the cost is cheaper but I wouldn't sacrifice that for results. i had good results with 37.5 but being only 7 pounds from goal weight, I'm not sure I need that high a dosage. Or are they equivalent?

Hi Amandacon! I'm not sure if they're equivalent or not, but from reading the posts everyone reacts differently to the different types of phens. I tried the 37.5's, but I just felt awful with them (bad headaches, stiff neck, horrible mood swings). I took phen a few years ago and did well (had no negative side effects), but it was in the time-release capsule and not the tablet. They don't offer the 37.5's in the capsule so I'm going to order the 30mg in the capsule, because I think that my body reacts better to the time release. This probably didnt answer your question...sorry...

I agree! I am currently on 37.5 and the headaches are sometimes unbearable. I also tend to be very tired in the afternoons! I was on the 30's over a year ago until I got pregnant and had very good success. More so than on the 37.5's. But I was hoping to have more success faster with the higher dosage. Not so!
