Headaches - Phentermine.com

Is there any over the counter medicine i can take to relieve my headaches. Aleve? Ibuprofen? anything? I'm drinking plenty of water but i think alot of it is caffeine withdrawl i just can't stand the headaches....please help.

I just use plain aspirin. I took Aleve and noticed that almost within an hour that I felt dizzy, seemed to be having a hard time getting oxygen, I thought it was just me, so when I took some the next day and it happened again, I knew it was the mixture of Phen and Aleve. It was scary, and I will not use it again! I do not get many headaches, but I have sore neck frequently.
