Hi! I have been taking 150 mg. of Effexor for about 2 years +. I started on Phentermine just recently. I take half of a 37.5 mg. tablet. The first few times I felt a "rush", but now it doesn't affect me in any way, except it helps me keep me on track with my diet.
Good luck!
