5-HTP vs 30mg PHEN - Phentermine.com

Hi ya'll, this is the greatest site with the greatest advice and greatest support!! I lov it here! nope i still dun think the 30mg Phen works on me!!! :confused: Now I'm thinking of 2 alternatives:
1) Switching to the 37.5 tablets, half in the morning half in the afternoon. Cons: pricey!!

2) 5-HTP: how effective is it (if I take it alone)? Its much cheaper!!

Nope I haven't lost any weight but i hav hope. 6-7 inches off my waist and I'll b happy.

any inputs?! Thanks!!!

I'm currently on Xenical and the Phentermine; I'll let you know how I come out in about a week. :cool:
