My personal opinion, GBS is way too drastic for someone who only weighs 236. I have a feeling you'd think "What the heck did I do to myself?"

Weight-watchers really is the best plan for losing weight. But if you don't have the money for it (they have an on-line program too), then I would just go with counting calories. It really isn't that hard. And I would say in the beginning, don't worry about fat grams. Take it a step at a time.

You don't have to start with 1200 calories. I started around 1600. Even 1800 would be a start.

GBS isn't even a miracle cure. You can gain everything back even doing that. If you don't learn portion control, nothing is going to help.

With Phen, it gives you that little extra control to start learning a new way to eat.

You have to want it. You have to be ready to change.

Don't look at the big picture yet. Maybe set your first goal to 199. That's only 37 pounds!

If you set your mind to it, you can do this! You can eat the meals you make for your family. With Phen you'll notice you can eat less, and feel full faster.

    Best of luck.

"You have to want it. You have to be ready to change" - that's the golden rule nr 1. I've been on Hoodia gordonii for 3 months now, together with a exercise program (30minutes) every second day, and a "calorie counted" diet. The diet is started is now my way of life. I have a husband and 3 children - in my household there's 3 "boys" and 2 "girls". All of us are happy to eat salads and occasionally the steak. When they eat steak and chips, I eat steak and salad. usually they would eat some salad too, - to support mom! You will become the all new super "hot" mom and they will love it. Keep up the good work everyone, it sure does feel great to loose weight. I've come down from 187lbs to 165lbs in less than 3 months. Life has new meaning already, I have 11lbs more to go.

do we really need to take to a specific diet plan while taking the pill? how far should we monitor over our foods?
