    Smile Upper Arm Issues

    OK, so we've all seen the people who lose a significant amount of weight and have upper arm flab. I was wondering if anyone knows of any exercises that can prevent that...

    Also, is it possible to lose weight on phen without working out all the time? I work long hours and by the time I get home I'm ready to just wind down. I guess I need to start getting up earlier so I can workout before I go to work...but I'm NOT a morning person AT ALL! lol ...Have any of you lost without exercise??

    The best tricep excercise I was taught by my personal trainer when I was with him was called a skull crusher. lol I know it sounds a little goofy but it works really, really well. I used to do it on a weight bench at the gym but you could do it laying on the floor too. You lay flat on your back, take a bar (with weight on it if you are up for it), extend your arms straight up, and keeping your upper arms straight bend your arms until the bar almost touches your forehead(hence the name) and then go back to your starting position. It sounds easy by it kicks you butt and really defines your tri's. Hope this helps
