Hello, my name is Rebecca. I am new to Phen. and I've only been taking it 3 days so far. I actually lost 6 lbs last week just by not eating any processed foods at all, that includes ranch dressing, butter, milk, certain cereals, etc. However, I am going to change that a little and eat some processed foods such as milk and cereal. I didn't start Phen until Sunday so this is my third day taking it. Considering that I am going to keep up my healthy eating lifestyle I hope to lose the pregnancy weight I gained.
3.5 years ago I was only 160lbs then I moved into a sedentary job where I had to sit on a computer all day. The pounds started creeping up until I was 200lbs. Then after I had my daughter I was at 235lbs. The heaviest I've ever been.
I ate healthy, but was still eating some processed foods, and exercised for 9 weeks without losing ANY weight at all. So I went to my doctor and he ran tests. Everything is fine, but he decided to prescribe Phen.
I realize that by cutting out processed foods and eating a ton of fruits, veggies, meat and water (I like to add lots of fresh lemon to make it lemonade) then that's what I needed to do to lose weight. So I am hoping by continuing to eat food from the earth and what God made it will help me to lose more weight while taking Phen. I do have a problem where I a seemed to be hungry all the time, but I noticed Phen has helped curb that some.
Do any of you have a problem where the Phen seems to wear off rather quickly? I take it at 4am in the morning and then go to the gym before work, but around 9-10am in the morning it seems to be worn off. I'm tired and I notice I begin to get a little more hungry. Then by the time I get home from work I am just exhausted. I am on the lowest dosage, so that could be part of the problem or my body is just trying to get used to it...I don't know.

Another thing you can try is increasing your protein.. For example I make sure to have at least a small amount of lean protein with every meal. I also keep raw almonds and light string cheese on hand if I need a quick snack in between meals. I hope this helps
