Ive been dieting like no other really watching what i eat. && working out. combo with the phen and i guess it kicked my bodys butt!! lol im excited. ya im not going to take phen for more then two months. I hear more then 10weeks and it really isnt that healthy for you and your body will become immune to it so ill do it myself after that. I lost 20lbs before starting phen thanks to the master cleanse and excecise :]
