    Default 3 months on phentermine

hey folks... I've been on phentermine for 3 months now and I've lost right at 35-40 pounds... I go back to get my next month's supply on Monday. (my home scale shows 45 pounds, but this never matches the dr's office)

What I'm wondering is this... I'm saw huge jumps in weight loss at first, but now I see small losses as the weeks progress. I'm still losing, but I wonder if I'll get those huge jumps again at some point.

I'm trying to get about 1200 to 1500 calories a day, but some days I end up taking all those calories early in the AM and just drinking water the rest of the day. I'm fine with this, since I'm not really hungry, but won't this lead to my gaining the weight back when I hit my target?

    hey.
ive been on adipex for 5 months & for the first 3 months it felt like i was losing on an average between 5-7lbs every weigh in (every 2 weeks). then i started seeing 3lb losses & then only a 2lb loss in a 3 wk span.
i haven't given up hope...i'm still aiming for another 30...
i'd try to split up your caloric intake so that you dont eat all your calories in the morning.
i have seen in magazines where they show you examples of a whole days meals that
add up to 1500 cals. i'll try and find some samples for ya.
it may be better to split the calories so it will keep your metabolism going
    and satisfy hunger...

I'm male. But as far as your question, I'm not comfortable relinquishing advise due to my own phen noobness. But Brittsmile's advice sounds good to me.
