New girl in town! :-) Using Proactol, looking forward to try Phen!

Hi Everyone! My name is Sandra (U.S) 20 years old college girl... and as many of you probably guess, I have a weight problem...
I wanted to share with you what I have done so far in order to gain some weight loss using different diet pills...
I've tried two Diet pills so far in my life :
Regards Xenical, I was pretty much happy, it was actually helping. but I couldn't see WAY too much of a difference, you know whatever helps even if its only a little bit its all good! Never complain about something that works for you

ANYWAY lets get back to my main point here - lately I've started trying this new one I came across while surfing the Internet, This Diet Pill - Proactol.

I can say I'm more happy with the results that I see with Proactol Pill, maybe it is depends and effects differently on each and everyone in a different way? some help for one and others doesn't? Anyway, It helped and worked much better then Xenical for me personally. I already lost 25Kg. and keep working on losing more!

Please share your comments and thoughts...I want to go and try Phentermine and thats why I came to this forum... to get some idea how it is really and if it can help me...
I wish all of you best of luck, please let me know if you tried any of those pills and how was your experience with them. I'd be really happy to know how it effects on you.

Welcome to the board!!! I have been using phentermine since 4/1 and I am very satisfied with my losses. I am down 21lbs to date, and can see a big difference in my stomach area. Phentermine suppresses your appetite, which was the key to what I needed to help me lose the weight...Congrats on the 25kg, or 55lbs..I personally would use the 55lbs just cause it sounds like more although theoretically are the exact same amounts...haha...I have tried Alli, which is just a weaker version of xenical and had mild success. I have never used any other diet pills....Phentermine really does aid in this process, but you have to change your diet and should exercise...I have lacked on the exercise and have not done as much as I should be doing. Alot has to do with my hectic life, that is the big obstacle I am working on right now...My daughter and I are going to workout in a bit, well she plays and I sweat..haha I love the wii fit because I am a competitor by nature and love to beat myself on past thinks i have done on my wii fit...Anyhow, sorry i went a bit off topic...What I was trying to say was that phen helps but you have to do most the work to actually see the results...Just like any weight loss program out there, you have the tools but the work to get where you need to be is left in your hands...Good luck to you, I am sure you will get some great responses on here because everyone is so friendly and helpful.....Amanda

Well Donamalay09 covered it well! I have used phentermine off and on, but I have never had this much success right out of the gate...12 lbs. in 2 weeks. Being focussed, keeping a food journal, exercise, drinking a lot of water, and eating a clean diet are my tips for success. Phentermine curbs cravings and appetite, but to have long-term success you have to do all the rest. Good luck to you!

I just wanted to update everyone on my progress

I have been using my Proactol and gained a nice -5Kg. on the past two months ago,
lately I have been starting to use Phen from Phen375.Com , the customer support there is great... and I have been getting awesome results, I've burn my fat very quickly using the Phen pills and I'm very very satisfied! I wanted to say thanks for the guys over at Phen375.com and Proactol.Com for helping my reducing my fat and my weight

... I feel much more comfortable right now and even going to the beach with swimming suite with no shirts on ! thats a hell of a new experience for me, I wanted to write this also to motivate all of you ladies... you can do it! If I did and succeed you can too! It is all about dedication and hard work and with a little help from Phen & Proactol this is the Key to success! GOOD LUCK and I would keep updating, I'm trying to get my camera photos on here so you can watch my progress

Thanks so much for the update! Good to hear all is going well for you! Keep up the awesome work. Have you started a workout regimine while on Phentermine too? Also, you aren't taking both pills at the same time, right?
