okay, I posted this the first time in the wrong place...hopefully I'll catch on soon.
So, I started Phen a week ago today and weighed in and I lost 9 pounds. I am really energized and excited to start this new journey. I find it hard to believe that I am honestly not hungry during the day. Towards the evenings I sometimes feel a little hungry.
Any ideas on low fat breakfast/lunch meal ideas?
