    Default New this week- lost 9lbs

    okay, I posted this the first time in the wrong place...hopefully I'll catch on soon.

    So, I started Phen a week ago today and weighed in and I lost 9 pounds. I am really energized and excited to start this new journey. I find it hard to believe that I am honestly not hungry during the day. Towards the evenings I sometimes feel a little hungry.

    Any ideas on low fat breakfast/lunch meal ideas?

    Little hint : I LOVE salsa for a salad dressing. No fat grams!!!
    I was hoping to be 199 by the time I head to Disney (leaving Tuesday), so I'm only 17 lbs behind that goal!

    As a "Newbie"..get a tape measure. Youo'll probably love it more than your scale.

    I am new too and lost 6 lbs my first week! Isn't it great! Makes you feel wonderful!

    Gimpy- yesterday I made myself a wrap with chicken breast and I actually used salsa mixed with a little bit of fat free sour cream. I then stuffed it full of veggies and it was so tasty. I will be using salsa ALOT.

    Jetii- It DOES feel great to have good success the first week. It gives you a push to continue on...Good luck on your path and congrats on your weight loss the first week! Woo-hoo! We can do this!!
