What time to take pill?

HI everyone!

I'm new to this site. I went to the doctor today and received my pills. The bottle (35mg) says take 1 pill 3x a day. The nurse said I should take one pill 1/2 hour before eating. What time are you taking the pill?

Tomorrow is my 1st day on the pill and i'm trying to plan this out.

first off, what KIND of pills are you taking...is it regular Phentermine 35 mg?

I didn't think they came in 35 mg, only 30 or 37.5, that is what I thought. I could be wrong though. I guess you should take them like the doctor said. The most I have seen anyone take on here is 1 1/2 37.5 a day. I think the majority here just take 1 a day.

So it's not Phentermine.. it's Phendimetrazine. The bottle says compare it to Bontril.

I'm going to call the doc office on Monday. I think for tomorrow & sunday I will only take 2 of them. I'm scared that these things will keep me awake.

I think they are kind of the same thing. Im not sure about that, on how to take them. I think there are some people who have been or are on that though, so maybe they can help. I would think that they may keep you up though, I couldn't sleep the first few nights.
