Hello everyone...
My name is Hildrea and this is my second time taking phentermine 37.5 and second time joining here. I didn't have any success the first time which was 3 yrs ago. But I was only on phentermine for 3 months. I have been taking phentermine 37.5 for about 7 months this time and I've lost 27 lbs. Although, In Oct I gained 1/2 lb and Nov I gained 2 lbs. My weight check for Dec is Monday Jan 5th. And I am soooooo nervious!!! I got a feeling that I've gained another pound or two. Which I really hope that I'm wrong. I also gained 3 lbs in July but was able to lose it rather quickly. I just seem stuck in a runt this time. I've heard that phentermine can lose it's effectiveness and that sometimes if prozac (I think that's the right anti-depressant) is added that it can jump start the phentermine again. Anyone know? |

Using prozac and phen together is an off label practice and should be done with caution, fyi.
Are you logging your exercise and calories somewhere so you can pinpoint where you veer off here and there? I am unsure what you mean when you say you did not have success the first time? Best of luck for your weigh-in! |
