Hello everyone. I'm new, and this is just my second day taking Phen. I seem to have more energy, but I feel hungry ALL of the time. I feel more hungry than I did when I wasn't using it. Anyone know why this might be happening?

Hi...What kind of dieting are you doing? You can up your fiber intake and protein and the foods you eat will help you stay full feeling longer..plus drink plenty of fluids...some folks here thing you should drink half your body weight in water..Also, what time are you taking your phen and what dosage are you on? Could be lot's of reasons for you staying hungry...Tell us a little about the way you are trying to lose the weight...

Thanks. Well, so far I'm just trying to not eat fast food because that is my main downfall. I've started to add veggies. The doc I went to told me to stick to 1000 calories a day. I'm taking 37.5 mg and it's a white pill w/ blue specks. I am drinking at least 64 oz. a day ( before I started 2 days ago, I wasn't drinking any water so this is a good thing). I take it before breakfast and before lunch with a fiber pill as well.

I too spent my first week back on NON STOP thinking about food...I think part of it is psychological, during my pregnancy I once again over indulged...and eating became a HUGE part of my life again (like with my first)...I worked SOOO hard to lose all the weight last time and eat right(which for me means eat almost nothing) and work out to maintain my size 6. Now I'm at the bottom of the hill ...again. But for me it seemed to get much easier the secnd week, after beginning to re train my mind and eating habits . It will get easier the more it become your new way of life. For me, this second time around the pills have not worked nearly as well as 3 years ago, so I am struggling with that as well...Good Luck, hang in there, it will get easier.
