Wink Eating and working out

I was just wondering what every body else is eating and doing for working out . Also is any one else finding thay get more hunger at night like right at bed time . I have been abel to fight this but some times its hard any ideas

I know what you are dealing with at night! I seem to do ok around dinner time, but between 9 and 10pm, I get this overwhelming urge to snack. Most times I just try to go to bed, but other times I have given in a little bit. I wonder if I should take my pill a little later in the day, but then I worry that I won't be able to sleep.
Has anyone noticed when working out that your heart rate increases much faster than before phen? I'm sure this is to be expected, but even when I finish excercising, I feel like my rate doesn't come down quick enough. I feel nauseated, and light headed...I hope this doesn't mean I shouldn't take the phen. I've checked my BP, and it is fine, so I don't know what to do. I'm at a plateau now, and I'm sure it is because I'm not excercising enough. Any ideas????

Thats what i have been thanking to is take mine later in the day but i worry about the same thing and i have to get early at 7am so need sleep . I noticed that the last time i was on phen that your heart rate goes up the dr never said i needed to go off and my BP was always good . This time if my heart is up i have not noticed my heart rate being up but have not went and took it so who knows it my be .

Lost Weight: Started at 198 4/14/08 lost 10 on my own, 25 on Phen, then 15 off Phen -50 I'm there! NOT ANY MORE!!
Current Weight: 156 Stress eater in da house!
Goal Weight: 145 maybe

I didn't take mine until 10:30 or 11 some days!
