Just wanted to say Hi. I'm a wife and mother of three boys. I'm a petite person and never had a problem with my weight until my doctor put me on depo. I gained 35 lbs in no time. I've been off the depo for a while now and the weight just wouldn't budge. I found this forum when I was researching about phen. I'm on day four of taking the phen and couldn't be happier. I'm just glad that I have found a place where you can discuss the challenges you are facing with people who are going through the same thing!!

I'm also glad I found this site. I'm taking phen for the 5th time literally, I took it after the births of all my three kids and on and off over the past 12years. It always works for me, I just had my baby back in Aug of 07 and need to lose about 50lbs. I'm on day two and before I went to the dr I weighed myself here at home on a digital scale and I was 186 same at the Dr. I just got on the scale on day two and it says 182. I can't believe it!!!! I'm super excited to see how much I lose. May I also say that I have changed my diet drastically for about 2 months now. I don't eat red meat,diet pop or any pop,sugar,white carbs and just recently I stop drinking coffee.GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!
