New from San Antonio TX

Hi all! I just started today. I am pretty excited. I have been big for a long time and am just scared this will not work. I know it is only the first day, but I am used to being disappointed. My family is supportive enough, but it is just me. I am new to this type of forum, so please, be gentle. Thanks and I welcome any and all new friends.

Welcome to phen. I know you are nervous and thats normal. You will be fine. You will lose and you will soon see. Give yourself a good two weeks and you will see a big difference. Stick with it and you will be on your way to a smaller you. Good luck
