Anyone else getting B-12 or B-12/Fat burner injections? - Phentermine.com

Hello,

I started got phentermine on 10/10/2008 but and my start weight was 238.2lbs on 10/09/2008. I also got the B-12/fat burner injections that same day. Since then I have been watching what I have been eating and increasing my water intake. I hardley drank water before

I went to weigh in exactly a week from when I committed to change my life on 10/16/2008 and I weighed 232. (i forgot the .) I had lost 6lbs. I am not sure if that is just water weight or what but a loss is loss and the closer I can get to "Onderland" the better

So yesterday, Saturday I went in to a weightloss clinic that admisters b12 shots and well as the b12/fat burner shots. I was contimplating if I should continue to get the weekly shots so when I went in I weighed 230.2 loosing exactly 8lbs. The nurse said it wasn't just water weight with a loss of that amount. So I was so psyched!

Anywho, I did decide to get my second b12/fatburner injection anything to support my loss is greatly appreciated. My question to you is has anyone else gotten these shots? If so which one? Has anyone benefited from these or believe these to work? I later, asked the doctor what exactly is the fat burner? He said something like, it is a lipotropic enzyeme that help realeases the fat cells and help the liver. So I am not sure if anyone else on this site can help advise me or anyone else interested. Please shed some light for me please.

I got a shot at my first visit to the doctor. It was B-12 and an amino acid, and two co-enzymes in it, to help metabolism fat. It was called MIC B-complex.

I have been getting the injection once a week that has a combo of B-6, B-12, and something else which now I can't remember, I'll have to look it up but anyway..it was originally for patients with fibromialgia and chronic fatigue syndrome but they found it had weight loss properties as well. I don't really notice a boost of energy but if it makes the numbers go down why not? Next month I may switch to the sublingual B vitamins just because the injections are $10 each. Good luck
