    Smile Just Started Taking Phen

    Morning everyone,

    Today (10.07.08) is my first day taking Phen and i'm feeling a little funny ( i guess my body is saying what the heck have you given me) but over all i'm feeling fine. I look forward to new experience in this weight lost game. Wish me look as i wish each and everyone of you the same.. Take care

    Today was my first day too. I felt funny at first but things calmed down about 4-5 hours laters. I can still feel it, but I guess I'm just getting used to it. My start weight is 194....my short term goal is 25-30 by christmas. My doc has me on phen and prozac combo for ultimate weight loss effect and also a low carb diet (75 grams or less a day). Plus lots and lots of water and 30 minutes of exercise (at least) 4-5 days a week. Soooo, that's my basis...I am going to try to work out cardio 4 days a week and do a body tone work out (the Firm exercise ball) the other 3. I am very excited at this new venture in my life and am ready to get back down where I need to be! Good luck with your new venture as well!
