Default Hey!! Intro.
Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself. I just signed up on here today and have been on Phen for almost 1 mo, with no real weight loss. Like 4 lbs is all?? Anybody have any insights as to why? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. You guys seem to really try and motivate people and that's great. I really like that.

Well the things that are currently working for me are to try to stick to a low calorie low sodium diet. I drink water constantly. I exercise for an hour five days a week and keep a food journal. Honestly, the food journal reminds me that I have to eat as my appetite is so curbed that I would forget without it ha-ha. I am sure hunger would catch up with me sooner or later though. I hope some of the things I suggested work for you. Also, try to check up on the other questions that have been asked because a lot of helpful hints are there as well. BEST OF LUCK!

I am doing a low calorie diet, but sometimes I dont eat, as Im really not that hungry plus my work schedule makes it hard to eat at normal times. I exercise 3 times a week for an hr or so. I have a real coffee problem and I read somewhere that caffeine is kind of a no-no.

Hello and welcome!! I can only tell you from my experience, that I gained weight because I did not eat. I know, sounds crazy but true. I would go all day without eating much and then eat all the wrong things when I finally did get hungry. Not good for the body. As soon as I started eating three meals a day, I actually lost weight. I have been following Weight Watcher points system, but a couple of days ago I switched over to calorie counting. I don't snack (too risky for me, even if it is a healthy snack) so I split my calories/points into three meals. I will find time to eat something, even if its a low carb bar, just so I don't deprive my body of what it needs. Good luck with your weightloss, I'm sure you'll get the hang of things.
Goal- 135 by Christmas ( MADE GOAL- 11/30)

Hungry or not you have to eat 3 meals a day. If not your body will go into starvation mode and try to store the fat .You will have to find some time in the day at work to eat even if its a small meal.
