Hello and welcome!! I can only tell you from my experience, that I gained weight because I did not eat. I know, sounds crazy but true. I would go all day without eating much and then eat all the wrong things when I finally did get hungry. Not good for the body. As soon as I started eating three meals a day, I actually lost weight. I have been following Weight Watcher points system, but a couple of days ago I switched over to calorie counting. I don't snack (too risky for me, even if it is a healthy snack) so I split my calories/points into three meals. I will find time to eat something, even if its a low carb bar, just so I don't deprive my body of what it needs. Good luck with your weightloss, I'm sure you'll get the hang of things.
