Just started today! Don't feel like eating everything in the house so I guess that is good! I stay at home with my 2 1/2 year old so I tend to get bord and eat. I am at 240lbs now and would like to get down to under 200 in the next 3 months even though I am not going to count on it. I lost 30lbs last year and put back on 10lbs

this summer. There is always somthing to go to in the summer and it seems to always include food!

Doesnt get any better in the winter either..too many holidays! Too much turkey..too much food!!!

hi. i wanted to wish you good luck. i also stay at home with my 3 yr. old. i would eat to when i was bored. i lost 40 lbs last yr and gained back 20 this summer to. i decided to that it was time to get back on track. been on phen for 3 weeks lost around 15 lbs. (hadnt checked this week) i really think you can achieve your goal in your time frame and even if you dont you have made a step in the right direction for a better way of life for those youngins. good luck you can do it!
