newbie
hi everybody. i want to wish everyone good luck. been on phen for almost 3 weeks. lost close to 13 lbs. i hope to continue. this site is very helpfull. everyone needs support and this is a good place to recieve it. never really had a weight promblem till these past few years. i really hope to get back to my old self one day. good luck all!

Hi Vee. Sounds like you are off to a great start! I just started last week and hope that I can do as well! I find that as I get older (I'm 48 now), my metabolism seems to be going in reverse...I thought change was supposed to be a good thing??? The phen seems to be cutting my appetite so now I just have to get my body moving again! I've been reading up on the posts and there seems to be alot of support here. I think I'm gonna need it!

hey Dee. i am tryin really hard. i'm 34 and my chloseral (not sure if thats right) # is 596! it is true the older ya get the more it takes to get going. i wish you the best of luck. i really think you can do it. dont get discouraged and take it one day at a time
