How much exercise are you getting? You need to make sure your body is tired also.
But I started with 1/2 pill and I could not sleep first 4 nights. I moved up to 1 pill, and have had no issues with sleep. I take my pill between 7 or 7:30 every morning. I find that my energy level will stay up till when I go to bed (No matter what time that is) but then as soon as I am in bed I am OUT for the night. I did not even here my daughter wake up last night.
