Hello from Illinois
Hi All!
I went to the doctor on Thursday and jumped on the bandwagon! Today is my first day to the rest of my life. I'm 23 and never wore bikini in my life...... I get married in less then a year and hope to wear one on my honeymoon!!  I look forward to hearing stories from everyone and sharing some of my own.......

Welcome! I am also from Illinois! Whereabouts are you? I am in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Have not yet started phen...have a doctor's appointment on Monday afternoon and hope to be starting on Tuesday.

I am glad you are excited, but relax....this isn;t a mericle drug. there are many side effects that may bother you and you still have to excersize, but boy...does it give you the energy. If you cant fit into a bikini, stop eating so much.

Welcome to t he wonderful site! Congrats on the upcoming wedding! Working o out is the key... I use biggest looser dvds... They are g reat because it's not all skinny people showing you what to do...
I do the cardio max one and the power sculpt. Wish you much luck...  My start weight was 186lbs on 9/12/08 10/29/08 173.0

LittleNads, I just moved to the middle of the farm fields LOL I live just outside of Huntley
Thanks all for your encouraging words! I have been working out 6 days a week, and eating 1200-1500 calories a day. I did my first Triathlon this year, so I'm not expecting miracles.....Just a jump start! I've started to lose motivation working so hard and losing so little.
