I was told by my doctor, That I had to watch what I ate.... Had to exercise... If you hit a spot where you are not going to drop anymore weight kick up the Cardio at least 30 mins a day.... and drink water.... I hope it picks up for ya... I am new to this... I just started today trying to make new friends.....

I'm not sure what is considered average though- but, from what I know- losing is losing and we all should celebrate. You didn't gain those 6 pounds so it's progress. And trust me, that's the hardest thing for me to do is be happy with my small victories. I would just either change up your eating habits or your exercise habits- something to wake your body up a little and get used to something new. The biggest thing that has helped me is trying new classes at my gym. I love Zumba and the morning fitness class- I do it before work and shower at the gym. Just some thoughts! Good luck and congrats for your 6 pound loss! (and I looked- the average for most people who aren't on a diet pill is .5- 2 lbs a week- and you are in that range)
