HELLO EVERYONE,
JUST WANTED TO SAY HELLO TO ALL. I STARTED MY PHEN ON 9-3 AND I AM SCARED TO WEIGH. I GO BACK TO THE DOCTOR ON 9-16 SO I WILL SEE THEN.I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT SOME OTHER STORIES AND REPLYS ON THIS SITE AND I JUST LOVE THE WAY PEOPLE ARE HERE FOR EACH OTHER. IT IS SO GREAT TO FIND PEOPLE LIKE THAT. I HOPE TO MAKE LOTS OF LONG TIME FRIENDS. SHIRL  |

 12/06: 170 Lost 56 lbs. on my own. ------- 07/15/08 - 198 lbs.  (Ouch, gained some back!)08/01/08 - 193 lbs. (Started Phen) 09/01/08 - 180 lbs. (18 lbs gone, 13 of it from Phen) 09/11/08 - 175 lbs. (23 lbs. lost and counting- Hello again, size 12 jeans!) 09/19/08 - 173 lbs. (25 lbs. lost - Hit a 9 day plateau) 09/25/08 - 170 lbs. Plateau Busted! 10/08/08 - 166 lbs. Size 12's are getting loose! 10/12/08 - 164 lbs. HELLO SIZE 10!! |
