Hi! My name is Carrie and I just started phentermine yesterday. I took it about 9 years ago and I lost 60 pounds then and managed to keep it off until I got pregnant with my second child (who is now 6). So far I am having the typical side effects, dry mouth, and a little sleeplessness, but I am a chronic insomniac anyway. I hope to lose as much as I can in the next 6 months because that is as long as my doctor will prescribe it for. I know from experience that after that it gets a lot harder. I hope to learn alot here!

I just started my Phen today. I got the ** about 1 month ago, but wasn't taking it consistently. I only lost 5 lbs the first month. I am going to watch my diet & increase my water starting today.
