
yet another newbie...couple of questions ;)

....okay...so i just found this site which is very cool! i took phen a few years ago before a prescription was needed and was quite successful with it. I got into some bad eating habits and lotsa happy hours of schooners of beer and now im back to square 1. the problem is that my primary care physician does not believe in weight loss pills (just my luck). soooo, what do you guys suggest? i completely changed my eating habits about 2 mths ago and i hit the gym 4 - 5 times a week. I'm doin lotsa cardio and some weights, but it's just not coming off as quick as I'd hoped. That 40lbs went on way quicker than it's going. I'd like a boost and thought I'd get back on phen at least for a round. I have no idea where to start since my doctor denied me. He agreed that I had gained alot of weight over the past few years but pretty much said keep exercising and that's it. i'm open to suggestions
