Hello Latae08. Everyone of us are so different, that what works for one does not work for another. I had great success with low carbing during my first month. I have since switched to Weight Watchers Core plan. I absolutley love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some ladies on here don't do much of a diet at all. They still eat brownies and drink beer and have great success. As far as exercise goes, just make sure that you do it at least 3x a week, and for 30 minutes. Also, it needs to get your heart rate up to burn the fat, so essentially some type of cardio. I walk 2 miles on Tue. Thurs. and Sat along with pilates. And on Mon. Wed. and Fri. I do strength training. Good luck to you and I hope you find a plan that works!!!
