Why is it that it can take a long time to lose weight, but so little time to gain it back? My weight fluctuates sooooo extremely much throughout the day. But to lose weight takes a long time....then if I eat a little more one day than I did the day before (not even junk food, but good healthy food) the weight seems to jump right back on?
Okay....I have a question that I am not sure if it is appropriate to ask here or not (I am sort of shy about body functions! LOL)....have any of you done a colon cleanse? What is good to use? There are so many different types all claiming the other ones are terrible and they are the only "good" cleanse. I know there are all different types but is it even necessary todo? One cleanse infomercial was saying how absolutely amazing you feel after you have done their program, but...of course they are going to say that!
