went for my first weigh in and i lost 17 pounds!!! my blood pressure for the first time dropped to uner 120!!! Very excited. NO more headaches, no cravings. Last night had dinner at a friends house she had brownies for desert it didnt even interest me. Looking forward for the next 17!!

corie, i started today and i can only be so lucky!. Brownies HuH? Like i said i can only hope and be so lucky! I have noticed the take it or more leave it feeling though. Sound like your doing a great job. Keep up the good work I am just very thirsty in the am and afternoon though! Good luck!
