I feel like I'm not lossing weight some weeks but low and behold when I go to weigh in I have lost. Sometimes it is very hard for us to tell any physical differences in our bodies. Also remember that exercise is a big factor in losing weight. So if you are not exercising yet, you should start. Even walking every morning or evening will help.
We all wish that our weight loss would kick into hyperspeed but the sad truth is that we are going to have to be diligent and patient. When I started my weight loss program I thought I would be able to lose 45 pounds in 2 months. Now, when I look back, I think of how ridiculous that thought was. I am more realistic now and aim for lossing 8 to 10 pounds a month. (Still a high expectation but closer to reality.)
