dosage question - Phentermine.com

i am on phentermine 37.5 and was reading how some people only take 1/2 tab once day or twice a day. well today was my first day i took w a whole pill and it is supressing my appetite to where food is making me nauseous but it working. but should i take 1/2 in the AM and then another 1/2 in the afternoon?

If you are tolerating it, I would follow what your doctor says about dosage...
