I started taking phentermine on July 11, 2008. I went to the doctor for my check up on Aug 7, 2008 and I lost 12 lbs. I am proud of myself !!!! Can't wait to see what it will be next.

I am so happy for you and congratulations on your weight loss!!! It took me a whole month to lose that type of weight! At this rate, I cant wait to see your month progress!!!! LOL I am not crazy, I know your visit from the July to August was almost a month! But in the forum every day counts!
