Newbie - Phentermine.com

Hi

I'm on Phentermine 37.5g and today is my 4th day. Lost 3 lbs so far

But for past 3 nights I only sleeps for 2 hours a day. Is this normal?

I have been on phen at 37.5 for a week. I have alot more energy but I too have not been sleeping like I usually do. From what I have read, it can have an effect of insomnia. I have also read posts on this site where people say that they have alot of energy. The bottom line is that although I am not sleeping as much as I used to, I am not tired so I am guessing that I am getting the rest that I need. LOL I am sleeping longer than 2 hours a day though. You may want to see about that. The first night or two I only slept like 3 or maybe 4. I was up cleaning and reading and all of that! LOL And still went to work all day!

Hi Ladies,

I also am on Phen 37.5 mg. Insomnia is normal when you first start taking Phen for alot of folks. In my first 3 days, I may have gotten 3 hours of solid sleep each night. By the 3rd night I was soooooooo tired. I took a Tylenol PM on the 3rd night & got in a good 7 hours, less pit stops.

I'm pretty well back to normal now.

Oh, and I started on Phen last Thursday, Aug. 7th. My first weigh-in yesterday showed a 7 lb. loss. HUZZAH!!!

WELCOME! I have been taking phen 37.5 for 3 weeks now and the first week I barely slept any. I was exhausted. I finally took a tylenol PM and slept great. The insomnia finally wore off into the 2nd week and I seem to sleep fine now. Just try to hang with it and it will get better. Congrats on your loss so far!
