New in North Alabama

Hi everyone! I'm Cindy, 30, married with 2 kids. I have always been overweight but lost 50 pounds (then got pregnant) and when I got pregnant I used that as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted and the exercise dropped WAY down. Now my baby is almost 7 months old and it is past the "baby fat" stage so I went to a weight loss clinic and got: 500mg Glutamine (2 at bedtime), prenatal vitamin (I had stopped taking it once my baby was born but the Dr. put me back on it), Dual-Source Chromium (1 in the morning, 1 in the early afternoon), and of course Phentermine (37.5 mg) to be taken once every morning. I gained 64 pounds while pregnant so I've got to RE-lose the 50 I had lost plus 14 more and will STILL be considered obese! I would love to be 135 (which I have NEVER been) but if I can just get to 150 I will be happy.

Hi Cindy,
Don't be a stranger around here...this place is sooo full of knowledge and they are very willing to help
when you have a question or just need to vent somewhere...
I was serious about coming to the restaurant for coffee or beverage of choice...I'd love to meet you!
