You should always weigh in the morning, on an empty stomach after you have gone to the bathroom, at around the same time each time you weigh... this is the most accurate weight. Also, don't do it everyday because you fluctuate from day to day... some days you hold onto water and you may lose it through the day... so shoot for 1x a week in the morning. NOW, when measuring your water or body fat, from what I understand, that is better to measure in the evening... not within 3 hours of a big meal. I have noticed that when I weight at night, my weight is up, but my BF is a little lower than in the morning, and my water percentage is WAY higher in the evening. I shoot for 55% water but in the morning it's about 30%!!!! That is because of laying down all evening, and because I haven't replenished in 8 hours.
